We are happy to share that Peter Gayen has joined Dreamjar Studios as Special Advisor on the Board.
Peter brings deep experience from the worlds of energy and renewables, project development, and company leadership. Over the years, he has worked with organisations such as DGPL, Adani Renewables, APA Group, and Origin Energy, contributing across project development, commercial management, strategy, and stakeholder engagement. He has navigated complex regulatory environments, worked closely with government agencies, and helped shape large-scale initiatives from idea to execution.
He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours, First Class) with a Prize and University Medal, as well as a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Adelaide. He has also completed the Diploma of Company Directorship from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, reflecting his strong grounding in governance, leadership, and board responsibilities.
Peter has served as director and board member across both private companies and non-profit organisations, including roles within athletics bodies at state and national levels. His journey brings together strategic thinking, policy awareness, financial insight, and people-centered leadership.
Peter’s way of seeing the world aligns closely with Dreamjar. He is analytical yet practical, structured yet curious, and deeply interested in meaningful progress. Outside work, he enjoys fishing, travel, swimming, and solving cryptic crosswords, while sport and athletics remain close to his heart. We are excited to have Peter’s perspective and mentorship as we continue to grow, take on new challenges, and build thoughtful work.
